He was predeceased by : his parents, John Y MacLean and Cassie MacLean; his granddaughter Ashley Dawn MacFadyen; and his sisters, Hughena, Kaye and Annie Mae.

He is survived by : his wife Florence (MacKinnon); his daughter Linda Campbell; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Ryan), Patrick and Adam; his daughter Lisa (John); his grandchildren, Arthur (Shannon), Jenelle (Angus) and Chelsea (Simon); his sons, Michael (Kelly) and Kyle (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Savannah, Mitchell Covin, Cassie, Maggie MacLean, Rosie, Emily MacFadyen, Brody and Brayden MacLean; his pets, Brat and Bow; his brothers, Clarence, Dan, Willie, Alexander and Freddie; and also Lionel.

Memorial donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital.
