She was predeceased by : her parents, Flora MacKinnon (MacDonald) and Alex MacKinnon; her friends, Sydney Mines Senior, Theresa and George; and her close friends, Dennis Jessome and Elwood Jardine.
She loved Scottish music and was a regular attender at the Thursday night Scottish music at "The Mist" with Isabel, up until the pandemic occurred.
