Leon Teal Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 57, Leon Teal of Falmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Nina Teal and Earl Teal; his wife Diane; his daughter Tanya Kakalecz (Nicholas) of Holden, MA; his grandchildren, Caleb, Josiah, Micah, Noah and Zelek; his daughter Stephanie Bitango (Jerrod) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Miriam, Eden and Hudson; his sister Charlotte (Wade Richard) of Bridgewater, NS; his nephew Cole; and also Kara Richardson.
This proved a benefit for many at the beginning of COVID, Leon began doing weekly 'top five at seven' which he continued for 13 months bringing hope and inspiration to many who had learned to 'stay the blazes home'.
