She was predeceased by: her parents, Gibson Smith and Bessie Smith (Moore); her former husband Herbert Eisan; her husband William Chambers; her sons, Harvey and Robbie; and her sisters, Ivy Newcombe, Leah Myers, Irene Eisan, Winnifred Soper, Frances DeYoung, Eva Gates and Jessie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Jeffery (Andrew) and Dwayne (Korena); her daughter-in-law Wanda; her grandchildren, Lori, Andy (Wendy), Vicki, Jenny, Darla, May (Norman), Makayela (Akem), Matthew and Mark; her great grandchildren, Aurora, Braylen, Paislee, Bowden, Blaze, Tywaine, Rosie and Packer; and her brothers, Gordon and Douglas (Corilee).
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Falmouth Baptist Church (404 Town Rd, Falmouth, NS B0P1L0).
