He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Scott and Marjorie Scott (Dartmouth). He is survived by: his significant other Karen Osborne; his siblings, Michelle Cochrane (Gus), Stephen Scott (Chris), Philip Scott (Kathleen), Carol Burk (Greg), Robert Scott (Janice), Ann-Marie LeBlanc (Leon) and Nancy "Lynn" Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Melanie (Geoffrey Cochrane), Amanda, Nicholas, Conor (Ben Scott), Emily Baker, Alec (Ron Scott), Alex (Jillian Burk), Michael (Adam Scott) and Dominic (Thomas LeBlanc).
A celebration of life will be held when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
