He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald McCulloch and Mary McCulloch (McEwan); and his brothers, John (Sheena) and Ewan (Josephine). He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Walker); his sons, John (Hugh) and Scott (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Dawson, Macie and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
