It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Delacour Beamish of Enfield, Nova Scotia, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 15, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his partner Shirley Von Haven (Black); and his brother Peter Beamish. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Menczel (Jeff), Stephanie Alakas and Brian Beamish; his granddaughter Caitlin Menczel-O'Neill (Colin); his sister-in-law Christine Beamish of Trinity, NL; his nephew Nick Beamish (Krista); his great-niece Clara; his great-nephew Jack; his nephew Tim Beamish (Petra); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kira and Isaac.
This meant they could be together, but they couldn't "run away together". And then Covid happened.
