She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hines and Mildred Hines (Ashley); and her siblings, Keith, Foster, Blanchard, Sylvanus, Ricky and Marina.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Tanya (Douglas) and Terry (Natalie); her grandson Matthew; and her siblings, Doreen, Melba, Juanita (Elwood), Paul (Frances), Perry (Tammy) and Corner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
One of Wanda's favorite pastimes was baking for family, friends and the broader community, always making an annual holiday cookie donation to the local foodbank.
