He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril G. Horne and Frances J. Arnold; and his siblings, Maurice "Moe" and Pauletta "Polly" Tower. He is survived by: his wife Myrene C. Horne; his children, Vanda Gaudet (David), Ann Knorr (Wade), Maria Power (Rob) and Vaughn Horne; his grandchildren, David "D. J.", Jonathan, Bethany Gaudet, Holly, Amber, Julia, Savannah Knorr and Robert Vaughn "Bobby" Power; his nieces, Shelly, Sonya and Trudy; and his nephew Ward Tower. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
