He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Miller and Sadie Miller (Ettinger); his son Constable Robert Bruce; and his siblings, Bruce and Rebecca.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Knol); his daughters, Monica and Jeanette (Craig Christensen); his grandchildren, Austin, Paige and Troy; and his siblings, Blake, Angus (Rassat Anjum), Paul (Elaine), Sheila Neil (Allen), Bertha Densmore (Aubrey), Cheryl McLellan (Malcolm) and Lida Fitzgerald (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Brookside Cemetery (Shubenacadie) or to the Corridor Community Options for Adults (CCOA) Building Fund in Enfield, NS.
