He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie Delaney and Isabelle Delaney (Carter); his wife Ruth; and his siblings, Bobby, Russell, Maudie, Jean and Georgine.
He is survived by: his son Terry (Stephanie) of Fredericton, NB; and his siblings, Harold (Denise), Evelyn (Eric) and Joan (Brian). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
