He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Falkenham and Mona Falkenham (Mitchell); and his niece Peggy O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his siblings-in-law, Theresa and Doug O'Neill; his nieces, Bernadette O'Neill (Joe) and Michele O'Neill (Dan); and his great-nieces, Alexa (Dujuan) and Megan (Matt). He is also survived by four great great-nieces and one great great-nephew; and numerous cousins.
