He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice H. Edward Montgomery and Mary Louise Montgomery (Hay) of Fredericton, NB.. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Montgomery (Marks); his daughters, Elizabeth Montgomery of Dartmouth, NS and Mary Montgomery (Connor McGuire) of Halifax, NS; his sisters, Janice "Jan" Montgomery of Fredericton, NB and Jennifer Mills (Bernie); his nephew Alex; his niece Sophia Mills of Calgary, AB; his siblings-in-law, Elaine and Richard Lee of McKinney, TX; his nephews, Richard and Jon; his niece Catherine Lee; his cousin Jim Crocco (Kath) of Skiff Lake, NB; and his aunt Elizabeth "Bibby" Knight (David) of Collingwood, ON.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, a public funeral service will not be held at this time.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
