Though Lloyd Douglas may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Cruikshank and Beatrice Cruikshank (MacLaughlan); and his sister Stella Warnell. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Douglas and Mark; his granddaughters, Kaylee Gonzales (Carter Goyetche) and Madison Gonzales; and his sister-in-law Aileen Fancy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home (860 Hwy 2, Elmsdale, NS B2S1M1).
Donations may be made to the Parkinson Society of Nova Scotia or the Magnolia Recreation Centre, The Magnolia Continuing Care Community.
