He is survived by: his stepmother Martha Verhaeghe; his wife Lorraine; his sons, Pernell (Sue Ellen), Vincent (Cheryl) and Joseph (Nancy Appleby); his grandchildren, Parker (Michaela), Victoria Verhaeghe, Juliet Verhaeghe and Michael Verhaeghe; and his siblings, Eugene, Verne and Winnie Koltusky.
