He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Pemberton and Amy Pemberton (Harvey); his former wife Jean (Brown); and his siblings, Gordon "Gordie", Ervin, Jessie Pemberton, Olive Brown and Stella Redden.
He is survived by: his children, Murray (Peggy), Tim (Shirley), Ardoise and Sherri Donald (John); his grandchildren, Jamie (Shiloh), Charles (Amber), Megan and Todd; his great grandchildren, Jesse, Wesley, Brantley, Austin and Wrenley; his sister Carolyn Northup (Stanley); and his stepdaughter Dawn Skipper (Bert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
