He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Keeping and Elsie Keeping (Prior); and his siblings, Hiram, Donald, Max, Emma Griffiths and Martha Gale.
He is survived by: his wife Rae MacDougall; his sons, Brett (Meg Walsh) and Matthew (Joni); his granddaughter Racquel (Taylor MacPherson); his great grandchild Rhett MacPherson; and his siblings, Randell (Ann), Classie Bondy (Tom), Shirley Neilson (Grant) and Linda Smith. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
