He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Rankin and Elsie Rankin (Rogers); his wife Joyce; his children, Karla Wamboldt (Peter), Steven Rankin (Alexanderine) and Joann Lowry (James); and his grandsons, Evan Lowry (Samantha), Tyler Rankin and Sister Shirley Bell (Robert).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Watch Video St. Peters Anglican Church (346 Cow Bay Rd, Eastern Passage, NS B3G1C4).
