She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hunt of Westmount and Margaret Anne (Farrell) of Benacadie; her brother Bernard Gregory Farrell (New Waterford); her husband Joseph Eugene; and her sister-in-law Rita Connors (Russell) of New Waterford.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Gerry), Laurie, Janine (Pat), Robert (Cheryle) and Kevin (Megan); her grandchildren, Meghan, Natalee, Elysse, Kaitlyn, Emma, Zachary, Michaela, Sydney, Ewan and Flavie; and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Jack, Nora, Kasey, Snow and Hudson. She is also survived by her kids and grandkids.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maritime Oddfellows Home in Pictou or the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
