He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Hughes and Sharron. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Karen (Bob) of Alberta, Ken, Steve (Virginia) and Donna (Scott); his grandchildren, Krista, Brad, Ryan and Sydney; his great grandchildren, Addison and Aiden; and his siblings, Sheila, Diane, Marilyn (Jack), Frank (Sandra), Terry, Jud (Gladys) and Don.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dartmouth General Hospital.
