He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Esther Hobeck; his siblings, Barbara and Berndt (Bernie); and his parents, Lisa Horacek and Heinz Hobeck.
He is survived by: his sister Dagmar Bilyk; his sons, Mark (Cara Hobeck) and Michael (Brandon Arsenault); his grandchildren, Lisa, Samantha, Khaylie, Zandra, Lennon, Rhys and Ewan; and his great grandchildren, Keira, Vance and Noah.
