He was predeceased by: his parent Earlington Fagan; his siblings, Philip, Samuel, Veronica Fagan-Passley and Carolyn Fagan; and his mother-in-law Charlotte Colley-Brown.

He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Fagan; his wife Harriet; his children, Alisha Leeann of Dartmouth, William Sudbury (Shannon) and Christopher Montreal (Patricia); his siblings, Daisy Fagan, Lorna Gowie-Fagan (Calvin), Melody Fagan, Lena Fagan, Cloda Fagan and Barrington Fagan; his father-in-law Levi Brown; his grandchildren, Kiara, Liam and Nova; and his children, Channell Colley, Jaleel Simmons, Matthew Bishop, Denzel Colley, Taevon Carvery, Kwame Franklin and Bernard Provo Besides. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special cousins.
