He was predeceased by: his parents, George Freeman Colley Sr. and Mary Victoria Colley (Williams); his sons, Raymond and Lewis Williams; and his siblings, Sherman Saunders (Marva), Kenneth Colley and Cathy Colley.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Viola Williams (Howe); his daughters, Sandra Colley (Simon), Cherry Brook (Paulette Williams) and Angela Williams (Elvis); his siblings, Freeman Colley, Basil Williams (Carla), Nola Thomas (Clifford), Connie Tolliver (Vincent), Alvin Colley (Nicole), Don Colley, Wilbert Colley (Colleen), Eldon Colley (Kim) and Wendy Williams (Craig); and his godson Ira Fraser. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In memory of Ray, donations may be made to the East Preston United Baptist Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
