He was predeceased by: his parents, William B Thomas and Margaret Thomas (Williams); his son Quentin Thomas; and his brothers, William Thomas (Lavinia), David Thomas (Shirley), Leroy Thomas (June), Gordon Thomas (Beliven) and James Thomas (Margarette).

He is survived by: his wife Nola Thomas (Colley); his children, Davelyn Williams (Colin), Gruvilla Thomas, Benson Thomas (Jackie), Troye Williams (Naté) and Ashley Williams; and his godchildren, Shannon Colley, Michelle Carvery, Shayla Tolliver and Carter Williams-Richards.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Deacon Clifford to the East Preston United Baptist Church.
