She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pamplin and Betty Pamplin; and her husband Ashley Simm. She is survived by: her children, Tanya, Trevor (Jennifer) of Durham Bridge, NB and Conner (Caitlyn); her grandchildren, Braylon, Nyasia, Trevon, Claire, Autumn, Lucas, Owen and Tanner; and her brother Colin Pamplin.
