She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hines and Pearl Hines (Simpson); her husband Gordon; and her siblings, Lorna, Iris, Nina, Joyce, Betty, Aubrey, Auley and Errold.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Brown, Wellington, Wyman, Carolyn Myers (Kirk) and Dirk (Tina); and her siblings, Olga "Bess" Hines and John "Jack" (Musquodoboit). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
