She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Billard and Alma Billard (Walters); her husband Garnet; her daughter Arlene; her siblings, Vera Mae and Clyde; and her brothers-in-law, Ben Seymour and Benny Wells.

She is survived by: her sons, Glendon (Sybil) and Geoffrey; her grandchildren, Josh (Sarah), Jenna, Keely and Austin; her great grandchildren, Evan, Emily and Jacob; and her sister Evelyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
