She is survived by: her parent Sophie Stubbert (Phillips) of Gardiner Mines; her daughter Nancy Young MacDonald (Chris); her grandsons, Noah and Riley MacDonald; her siblings, Jenny Edwards (Jim), John, Ivan (Diane), George and Gilbert Stubbert; and her nieces and nephews, Hazel Gosbee Rudderham, Leona Gosbee, Lonnie, Billy and Jack Gosbee.
Memorial Donations in memory of Helen may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
