He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Milbury and Hilda Milbury (Rice); and his siblings, Roberta Milbury, Marion "Mim" Doucette (John), Merle Selig (Don), Carol Strand (Edward), Fred Milbury (Leona) and Richard Milbury (Marion).

He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Cooper August; his daughters, Carrie (Kevin Read) and Charlene (Shawn Harding); his grandchildren, Kathryn "Kate" Read, Eliphalet "Eli" Read, Maxwell "Max" Harding (Nicole) and Maia Rose Harding; his siblings, Ruby Rice (Boyd), Hazel Inglis (Les), Edith Jefferson (Ralph), Pat Gehue (Edwin), Alda Marshall (Bob), David Milbury (Lorena), Laurie Milbury (Linda), Donald Milbury (Francis) and Glendon Milbury (Beverly); and his niece Pearl Glass (Ivan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
