He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Chafe; and his sister Crystal Foote. He is survived by: his girlfriend Suzanne Doucette; his children, Conner, Brooke and Brogan Chafe of Smith's Cove; his siblings, Natasha Penney (Shawn) of Wolfville, Nikki Chafe Doucette (Emile) of Digby, Denise Thibodeau of Calgary, AB and Brendan Frail (Lori) of Bear River; his mother Margaret Cole; his stepmother Margaret Chafe; his niece Eden Penney; his nephews, Drew and Cole Gidney; and his brother-in-law Ian Gidney.
