He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bell and Vera Bell (Alcorn); and his siblings, Cecil Bell, Jr., Byrnus Gillam and Iris Cress.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Bell (Andrews); his daughter Cindy Bell; his grandchildren, Jared and Tiffany; his great grandchildren, Clarissa, Joey and Tucker; and his sister Beverly Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Digby Baptist Church.
