It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Kathleen Handspiker of Digby, Nova Scotia, born in Summerville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Cohoon and Vivian Cohoon (Thibodeau); her former husband Roy Harnish; her siblings, Lee, Larry, Billy, Arnold, Tommy and Debbie; her grandson Tyson Harnish; her brother-in-law Achille LeBlanc; and her niece Sandra LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her husband Beverly; her children, Lori Cleveland (John), Doug, Mark, Craig (Joanne) of Newfoundland, Yarmouth and Kevin (Jennifer); and her sisters, Sharon, Darlene (Jim) and Donna of Hebron. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Donations in memory can be made to the TLC Animal Shelter in Marshalltown.
