He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Woods of Digby. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Tulloch LeBlanc; his siblings, Darlene LeBlanc, Cape Breton and Joe Woods; his niece Leigh-Anne MacLeod; and his great-nieces, Cape Breton and LeBlancs.
The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
