We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 99, Muriel Mildred Vantassell (Digby, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Pulley and Mildred Pulley (Trimper); her former husband Stewart Larrimore; her son Daniel; her siblings, Marjorie, Frederic and Wallace; her granddaughter Nancy Lee; and her nephew Stevie.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald VanTassell; her daughter Lola Marjorie Smith (Avard Thibault); her daughter-in-law Frances Larrimore; and her niece Isabel Marshall (Alan). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great- grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jaynes Funeral Home (15 Birch St, Digby, NS B0V1A0).
Donations in memory of Muriel can be made to the Plympton Baptist Church.
