He is survived by: his parents, Walter Rice and Mildred Rice (McCullough); his wife Marilyn Rice (Specht); his sons, Alvin Rice (Trisha) and Christopher Rice (Dianna); his grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan, Ethen, Howie, Jordan, Payton, Amber, Kylia, Christopher and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Summer, Brooklynn and Logan; and his siblings, Thelma Rice, Violet Amero (Bernard), Flora Nancekievill, Joyce Frith (John), Dorothy Gavel and Freeman Rice (Blanche). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
