He is survived by: his wife Hazel (Weir); his children, Connie Francis (Sandy) and Louis Francis (Angela); his siblings, Lyman (Rocky) and Sandra Francis Hargrove (Carl); his grandchildren, Authumn Yabamba (Anthony), Sean Cody and Owen Francis; his great grandchild Zaria Francis-Yabamba; his nieces, Candace (Lamar), LaToya Latasha (Andrew), Bri-Ann Nadine and Tania; his nephew Julian; and his great-nephew Kai.
