She is survived by: her sons, Elkiney Simmons and Brian Simmons; and her siblings, Eugenia Hodges, Sharon Bright, Ada Carr, Willard Simmons, Howe Simmons, Lorenzo Simmons and Raymond Simmons. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
