He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Amon and Thelma Amon; his close friend Patsy; and his siblings, Nancy, Douglas, Steven and Kevin.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his stepdaughter Jennifer (Dennis); and his siblings, Karen (Paul), Gina (Greg), Tommy (Connie), Peter and John. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
