He is survived by: his close friends, Earl Falt, William, Jennifer and Katelyn Oickle; his wife Barb (Darres); his daughter Ronda Frost (Kevin); his granddaughter Alyssa; his siblings, Steve Trimper (Linda), Seldon Trimper (Dottie), Roland Trimper (Gloria), Catherine Robicheau (Larry) and Twyla Doherty; and his stepchildren, Kevin Young (Shawna), Trevor Young and Shari MacArthur. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) or Annapolis Health Centre.
