He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sr. Mosher and Audrey Mosher (Tidd); his former wife Frances Mosher (LeClair); his son Stephen; his grandson Joey Cole (Justin Pike); his son-in-law Wade Smith; his siblings, Shirley Mosher, Delma Fisher and Wallace; and his sister-in-law Marlene Thomas.

He is survived by: his wife Linda LeBlanc; his children, Shelley Smith, Mike (Shelley), Robbie (Vonnie) and Lori; his grandchildren, Daniel, Tyler, Jeff, Jeremy and Nevyn; his great grandchildren, Dani-Lynn, Lexi, Charlotte, Keiralyn, Mackenzie, Lily and Chandler; his siblings, Karen Deveau (Maurice), Robert "Bobby" Mosher, Kenny Mosher (Dale), Kevin Mosher (Patti) and Keith; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Thomas and Leona Mosher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
