He is survived by: his children, Kristina McDonald (Nina), Sean McDonald (Maryann), Shelly Surette (Giles) and Moses Sivuarapik; his grandchildren, Henrik Jr., Kristian, Michelle, Monica, Elisapi, Simone, Elaine, Minya, Jeannie, Saria, Lucas and Ovalie; and his sister Judith Mulligan.
