Stella Frances Forman Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her children, Frances Jean "Jeannie" and David Paul; her siblings, Joseph (Jean), Lloyd (Dorothy), Dorothy Barnhill (Lewis), Lois Nissen (Jack) and Grace; her parents, Leonard Slack and Stella Slack (Totten); and her parents-in-law, Winfield Forman (Colombe), Homer Forman (Theresa), Evangeline Murphy (George) and Yvonne Norman (Art).
She is survived by: her friends, Jean Slack, Doris, Inez and Ches; her daughter-in-law Dawn Forman; her children, Helen Cole (David), Ralph Forman (Betty) and Phillip Forman (Maria); and her grandchildren, Adeane Marshall, Leonard Forman, Timothy Forman, Amelia MacDonald (Sean), Dalena Hamilton (Chris), Naomi Cole, Corey Forman (Morgan), Adam Forman, Chana Williams, Sara Alexander (Cory) and Caitlyn Johnstone (Will). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous friends.
She was born on Debert Mountain during the Spanish Flu Pandemic and moved to the community of Debert in the early 1940s.
