He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Rands. He is survived by: his parent Gloria Rands (Pollock); his wife Pam Rands (MacDonald); his son Peter; and his siblings, Mark (Pam), Caroline Rands, Cynthia Rands and Truro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
