He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Carter and Corena Carter (Staples); and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Deann) of Berwick and Jason (Jackie) of Winnipeg; his grandchildren, Zachary, Matthew and Avery; and his siblings, Gracie Tan (BJ) of Debert, Phylip (Gail) of Bedford, Brent (June) of New Market, NB and Ben (Charlotte) of Windsor Junction. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Baptist Ministries (Designated Carter Family Support) or to a charity of choice.
