Larry R Marshall wrote a sympathy message

“I remember Charles & I & my brother Bruce when we worked the Maritimes employed by Agricultural Tax Service in the 1970s. Charles was a team worker, and we developed a good friendship in those years. In the winter time, often one of us would help the other out the ditch on the highway during a snowstorm. Condolances to his family. From: Lawrence Marshall, Sussex, New Brunswick”
