He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Phillips of Regina, Saskatchewan; his parents, Reginald Duncan Phillips and Petronilla Josephine Rosario; his brother Roland Phillips of Melbourne, Australia.; and also George Phillips of India.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne C. Phillips; his children, Ann of Dartmouth and Kevin of Dartmouth; and his daughter-in-law Bonnie Davidson-Phillips of Regina Saskatchewan.
