She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hutt and Hazel Hutt (Worthylake); and her husband John Bushulak (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Eileen and Darryl (Gwen); and her grandchildren, Tim, Matthew and Melanie. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.
