He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cooper and Velva Cooper (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Johanna (Notten); his sister Debra Cooper; his sister-in-law Nannette LeBlanc (Peter); his niece Tressa Bodkin (Curtis); his great-nieces, Anna and Alia; and his daughter Emily Qu.
