It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Knight MacLeod of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregor MacLeod and Mary MacLeod (MacDonald); his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Norman Sears; and his siblings, Don, Watson, Bob, Fred, Dot, Marg and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Smith); his children, Glen Dartmouth (Theresa Young), Kimberly (Andy Couvrette) and Jane Dartmouth (Dave Young); his granddaughter Julia (Keigan Moore) of Dartmouth; his children, Peter (Sarah O'Halloran) of Dartmouth, Krista (Scott Conway) of Dartmouth, Michael of Dartmouth, Cody of Dartmouth and Meghan (Mathew Ventura) of Dartmouth; his great grandchildren, Vivian and Bryce Moore; his sister Joyce MacLeod of Meadow Lake, SK; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Fraser (Smith) and Owen Smith of Moncton, NB. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
