It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neil J. MacAskill (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Arvida, Québec, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce (Cameron); his parents, Roderick MacAskill and Alice MacAskill; his siblings, Sadie, Viola, Hugh (Barb), Victor (Margie), Winston (late Racheal) and Bernice Naylor (Bill); his sons, Dan (Patricia) and Tom; his grandchildren, Jeff and Kimberley Lidstone (Sheldon); and his great grandchildren, Paige, Anthony and Ethan Lidstone.
Due to current COVID restrictions a celebration of Neil's life will be held at a later date.
